Greet all guests and owners warmly with an appropriate greeting.
Deliver and serve welcome drinks, food, meals, condiments, accompaniments, etc.
Fulfilling customer needs, removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling glasses.
Be in communication with the Captain regarding any special needs.
Make required adjustments as needed and relay that information to the appropriate personnel.
Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
Ensure each course is cleared and tables are properly crumbed.
Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by the CAPTAIN.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas.
